Registration Questions
Yes! However, there tends to be long lines at the registration table the day of. Why not make your morning easier by registering online so all you have to do is swing by the name tag table for your name tag and packet, freeing you to grab coffee, a snack and to connect with friends! If you’re unable to register online, at the door you’ll have the option to pay by check, cash or card.
Yes! You’ll be able to be able to enter their information and their ticket will go to the email provided.
If you are unable to attend in person, you are welcome to transfer to someone else or donate it back. If you decide to keep it, you will still have the complimentary digital pass to watch the conference live or on-demand (through August 31, 2025)
Unfortunately we are unable to refund your registration fee due to costs already incurred. Thank you for understanding the need to protect the ministry from financial loss. Please reach out to us at reviveconference@experiencerevival.com with questions.
If you’re not able to attend the conference yourself, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Here is a bit of information to help you transfer your ticket.
1) All ticket transfers/re-sales will be transacted between the individual parties. Revive Ministries is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred registrations.
2) Contact us so we can change the name on your Conference Pass. We will change the registration to reflect the new attendees name on the Conference Pass, so it is important to let us know as soon as possible. The purchaser will also need your confirmation email to check-in the morning of the conference.
3) Be sure to forward the original email confirmation to the purchaser so she will have proof of transfer.

We ask that women attending be at least high school age, so they can receive as much out of the day as possible! We would also suggest that high school age young adults be accompanied by an older female friend or relative.
When you register a group of 5 or more, you can receive a discount on each person’s ticket price. If you are having trouble registering, please contact us and we’d love to help! Just reach out to us at reviveconference@experiencerevival.com
General Questions
This is a general seating event, so reserved seating for individuals or groups is not available. If you are coming with a group, we recommend you come early to make sure you can get a table together. Doors open at 8:00am, with seating available starting at 8:30am.
There will be coffee and tea provided plus a lite snack in the morning and afternoon.
The Conference Bundle includes an artisan boxed lunch, which contains your choice from several sandwiches or salad options. If you purchase an Individual Conference Pass, lunch is not included. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the local restaurants in the area.
If you have a dietary restriction, we will have some gluten and dairy free options. (Please note: there is also no guarantee that the assumed GF items have not come into contact with gluten items when being prepared. So, please take caution when eating any foods at the event.)
Unfortunately we are not able to provide childcare.
We have a limited number of exhibit spaces available, and there is a cost for exhibitors to participate. Please keep in mind that exhibitors are considered on a variety of criteria. For more information, contact us at reviveconference@experiencerevival.com

Livestream and Digital Viewing Options
Pacific Standard Time zone. The event is happening in Newberg, Oregon which is on the West Coast.
There are a few ways you can watch the Live Stream:
1) Watch it live and start when the stream starts (adjusting the time for your time zone, streaming times are listed in Pacific Standard Time).
2) Watch it delayed. You can join the stream live and then will need to drag the playback to the beginning. There is a risk here. If you refresh your page and that session is over, you will lose your stream for that session.
3) Watch the replay after the conference. The replay of the conference will be available starting March 14, 2026 and be available until August 31, 2026.
Even if you are unable to watch or attend live, you will still have digital access to watch the conference replay starting March 14 through August 31, 2026.
All breakout sessions will be in-person, but we are live-streaming two of the breakout sessions at 11:00 am and at 1:00pm (PST). The replay of both breakout sessions in addition to the audio files of the other breakout sessions will be available for you after March 14 through August 31, 2026.
Each person in your group does need a digital pass. This allows them to watch the replay and listen to all the breakout sessions following the conference through August 31, 2026. There is a group discount for groups of 4 or more.
