Is there reserved seating at the conference?

This is a general seating event, so reserved seating for individuals or groups is not available.

What should I bring?

We hope you will invite your friends! Feel free to bring your Bible and a pen.

Will meals or snacks be provided at the conference?

There will be coffee and tea provided plus a lite snack in the afternoon. The VIP Pass includes a deluxe artisan boxed lunch, which contains your choice from several sandwiches or salads options, as well as chips and a dessert. If you purchase the Standard Pass, lunch is not included. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the local restaurants in the area.

Can I be an exhibitor at the conference?

We have a limited number of exhibit spaces available, and there is a cost for exhibitors to participate. Please keep in mind that exhibitors are considered on a variety of criteria. For more information, contact us at reviveconference@experiencerevival.com

What if I register and for some reason can’t attend? Can I get a refund?

If you are unable to attend in person, we are happy to transfer a Standard Conference Pass into a Digital Pass through February 10, 2024. If you request to cancel your registration is after February 10th, we are unable to refund any of your registration fee due to costs already incurred. If you are unable to use your purchased VIP Pass, we cannot accept cancellations after January 24th due to costs already incurred. You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else or donate it back. If you decide to keep it, you will still have the complimentary All-Access Livestream to watch the conference live or on-demand (through August 31, 2024). Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for Digital Pass registrations after February 20, 2024, but you can transfer to someone else or donate it back. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you’re not able to attend the conference yourself, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Here is a bit of information to help you transfer your ticket.  

1) All ticket transfers/re-sales will be transacted between the individual parties. Revive Ministries is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred registrations.

2) Contact us so we can change the name on your Conference Pass. We will change the registration to reflect the new attendees name on the Conference Pass, so it is important to let us know as soon as possible. The purchaser will also need your confirmation email to check-in the morning of the conference. 

3) Be sure to forward the original email confirmation to the purchaser so she will have proof of transfer.

When will I receive my Conference Pass?

We will provide personalized conference badges and lanyards for each attendee. Doors open at 8:00am on the day of the conference. Just bring a copy of your confirmation email or QR code, given at the time you registered (either printed or on your phone), and we will have your conference bag and lanyard for you!

What timezone is the live-stream happening in?

The event is happening in Newberg, Oregon which is on the West Coast, in the Pacific Time zone. 

What’s the best way to watch the live-stream if I live in a different time zone?

There are a few ways you can watch the Live Stream:

1) Watch it live and start when the stream starts (adjusting the time for your time zone, stream times are listed in Pacific Standard Time).

2) Watch it delayed. You can join the stream live and then will need to drag the playback to the beginning. There is a risk here. If you refresh your page and that session is over, you will lose your stream for that session.

3) Watch the replay after the conference. The replay of the conference will be available starting March 12, 2024 and be available until August 31, 2024. 

What if I can’t watch the whole live-stream on February 24th?

The replay of all keynote & worship sessions will be available to watch after March 12, 2024 on-demand until August 31, 2024.

How can I watch the breakout sessions?

All breakout session talks will be in-person, but we are live-streaming 2 sessions at 11:00 am and at 1:00pm (PST). You can also watch the replay of both breakout sessions after March 12, 2024 through August 31, 2024. The other breakout sessions will be available for you to listen to after March 12, 2024 through August 31, 2024

If I watch with the livestream with a group, does each person need a digital pass?

Each person in your group does need a digital pass. This allows them to watch the replay and listen to all the breakout sessions following the conference. There is a group discount for groups of 4 or more.
