Lately, it seems more and more difficult to navigate our ever-changing world with truth and love, with grit and grace. But when we know who we are in Christ, it changes everything from the decisions we make to the relationships we have, and especially how we reflect the light and love of Christ into the world around us. In this breakout session, we’ll dive into the book of Ephesians to learn more about who God has created us to be, and how that impacts our everyday life. You’ll hear examples of women in the Bible with unshakeable faith in the most unlikely situations, and be encouraged and equipped to put on the armor of God and lean into the divine tools that God has given us for such a time as this. You’ll gain practical wisdom to help you grow in your faith and leave encouraged and inspired.

We all want to feel like we have purpose in life, but sometimes it can be hard to know what our gifts are and how to use them. In this breakout session, you’ll learn how you are uniquely created for purpose in God’s kingdom, and how to lean into the divine invitation that God gives us all. You’ll gain practical tools for discovering your gifts, and have a chance to craft your very own purpose statement to help you confidently live out your purpose in any season of life.

“Navigating Seasons of Disappointment and Grief” – Stephanie Broersma

There are few things that can shake our faith more than seasons of grief or deep disappointment. During this breakout session, Stephanie will draw Biblical wisdom from God’s Word, as well as her own experiences, to help you anchor yourself in Christ and bolster your faith when life has been turned upside down. You’ll be encouraged and inspired by the story of Ruth and Naomi in the Bible, and learn how the God that cared for them in their season of grief and disappointment is the same God who walks alongside and provides for you in whatever season you are facing.

From the praying women in Acts planting a church in Philippi, to elderly prayer warriors in Scotland starting a revival, women have been instrumental in spreading the Gospel. In this breakout session, we will journey through history to see how God worked mightily through ordinary women who were devoted to Jesus and prayer, even when the world around them was falling apart. Through their inspiring stories, you’ll hear how these women leaned into an unshakeable faith that still impacts us today, and discover how your faith can have the same impact on generations to come. You’ll learn concrete ways to deepen your faith and grow in your devotion to Jesus through world-changing prayer.
